Mr. Gupta is instrumental in scaling up the Family Boutique Advisory firm founded by his father in 1965 Late Mr. K.M. Gupta, a renowned Lawyer and giving it new dimensions in various fields. Operating from offices in Delhi, Jalandhar, Jaipur, and Ludhiana, DSB Law Group has established a prominent name in the industry. Mr. Gupta has in-depth experience on creating robust organizations from the ground up for the financial sector including NBFCs and Banks (Scheduled, Small Finance, Local Area and Cooperative). He has been closely involved in the formation and setting up of Capital Local Area Bank Ltd, which became the largest Local Area Bank in the country. The Bank got converted to Capital Small Finance Bank Ltd. and became the 1st Small finance Bank to come into operation on April 24, 2016. Mr. Gupta is presently is promoter and Non-Executive Director of Capital Small Finance Bank. Mr. Gupta along with his dedicated team has been instrumental in the setting up and scaling up various NBFCs, MFIs, Insurance intermediaries and Tech Startups. Mr. Dinesh Gupta is an Advisor on the board of State Cooperative Banks, many Urban Cooperative Banks, NBFCs and other companies.
