Corporate Law Advisory
We are seeking qualified Company Secretaries with a strong grasp of advanced corporate law and governance. Our work extends beyond routine compliance, focusing instead on secretarial audits, complex advisory mandates, and navigating corporate actions in large listed entities. We value professionals who can offer strategic perspectives, resolve intricate corporate challenges, and promote best practices in corporate governance.
Financial Services Consulting
We welcome applications from professionals with qualifications such as CA, MBA, CFA, CS, or other allied credentials who are keen to build a career in the financial services industry. Our clients include leading banks and NBFCs, and our services span financial regulation, accounting for financial instruments, and tax advisory. A strong foundation in financial concepts, regulatory frameworks, and accounting standards is essential. Freshers with a solid academic background are encouraged to apply.
Regulatory Compliance & Legal Advisory(BFSI Sector)
We are expanding our financial regulatory team and are looking for law graduates who can advise on the ever-evolving regulations in the BFSI domain. The role involves drafting complex legal documents such as loan agreements, deeds of assignment, and financial contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with dynamic regulatory frameworks, especially for NBFCs. Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory for highly capable candidates with strong research and legal reasoning skills.
Legal Documentation & Transactional Advisory
Our legal services team is looking for experienced law graduates (1–2 years) with strong drafting skills. The work involves complex financial and commercial documentation including shareholders’ agreements, JV agreements, and asset financing contracts. Precision, clarity, and attention to legal detail are critical for this role.
Management Trainees
We offer exciting career paths for Management Trainees from CS, CA, and MBA backgrounds. Many of our senior team members began their journey as trainees.
