Mr. Kumar Uttam is a Law Graduate and is associated the DSB LAW Group since 2007.

Presently he is heading the taxation department of the group. He possesses vast and professional experience of more than 5 years, in handling  Tax matters of domestic/ International/ multinational enterprises and also has expatriate in taxation. He has been involved in advising clients on various domestic and international tax matters for mitigating tax exposures and ensuring compliances etc.  He has been equally active in providing effective dispute resolution to his clients and has a vast experience including providing assistance to Sr. Counsels in High Court matters.

Kumar Uttam is having a vivid knowledge of Mutual funds investments also. He is a qualified AMFI. He is also an Executive Director in  Northern India Consultants Pvt. Limited a company having a portfolio of more than 100 crores in the mutual funds.
