10. STRUCTURED FINANCING

Structured finance is a series of complex financial instruments that are offered to unique borrowers – usually where growth in a business or cycles is a little more sophisticated. Usually structured finance is necessary when there is one or a number of discretionary transactions, and it is done where alternative lending is used with risk mitigation instruments.

11. ASSET SECURITIZATION

Securitization is a way of raising funds by selling receivables, which are then turned into asset–backed loan and securities. This method of financing brings various benefits such as diversification of funding sources and improvement of cash flow Asset. Securitization is mainly undertaken by Banks and financial institutions. Of late NBFCs have also undertaken securitization of assets of the corporate.  Assets involved in securitization  typically include commercial paper, mortgages, car loans, export credits and credit card receivables.

12. TRADE FINANCE

Trade finance is the financing of domestic and international trade – if a company trades goods, services or commodities and have a trade cycle, this can be financed using a variety of financial institutions to mitigate risk throughout the life cycle of a transactions instruments.

13. EXTERNAL COMMERCIAL BORROWINGS

ECB includes commercial bank loans, buyers credit, suppliers credit, securitized instruments such as floating rate bonds etc, credit from official export credit agencies and commercial borrowings from international multilateral financial institutions. ECB’s provide opportunity to borrow large volume of funds at low cost for relatively long term.

14. ACQUISITION AND LEVERAGED FINANCE

We help our clients on a wide variety of acquisition financings of both public and private companies, leveraged buy-outs and buy-ins, recapitalisations and other corporate lending transactions and regularly act for both lenders and borrowers (both corporate sponsor and fund), advisory and investment banks.

15. STATUS AND SEARCH REPORT
A search report traces the history of a company or the property held by the company – i.e. who is the original owner of the property and how it has mortgaged with various banks over a period of time before reaching the present Bank who has demanded the Search Report. Search report on the history of the corporate and borrowings is sought by the stakeholders to evaluate the track record of the enterprise. This is an important part of a loan process by Banks to the Companies. Search reports is important while getting borrowing from the banks and financial institutions

16. DILIGENCE REPORT AND CERTIFICATION

DSB provides services with respect to due diligence as per the requriement in respect of Consortium / Multiple banking arrangement made by Scheduled Commercial Banks/Urban Co-opeative Banks
